How does the outbound screening flow work?

The dialing engine checks the candidate's local time (resolved from their ZIP code) against TCPA calling windows (8 AM–9 PM), verifies the number against the global and tenant DNC lists, then places the call. The AI agent introduces itself with the recruiter's disclosure script, runs the playbook — knockouts first — and scores each answer in real time. When the call ends, a scorecard, summary, and transcript are generated and pushed to the recruiter portal and ATS.

Is JobQual TCPA compliant?

Yes. TCPA compliance is enforced at the infrastructure level — not just policy. Calling-window validation runs on every outbound attempt. DNC checks happen before every dial. Consent records (including disclosure version and jurisdiction) are stored per candidate. Calls outside the allowed window are queued and retried at the next valid time.

How does the resume-to-job matching work?

JobQual embeds both resumes and job descriptions using a 1536-dimensional semantic model. The blended match score weights whole-resume similarity (70%), a section-best score that looks at individual resume sections against the JD (25%), and a location proximity bonus using Haversine great-circle distance from geocoded coordinates (5%). A reranker pass refines the top results. Reverse matching also works: given a candidate, JobQual returns their best-fit open roles.

What ATS integrations are available?

JobQual has a native Greenhouse connector (using the Harvest and Ingestion APIs) and a generic HMAC-SHA256 webhook connector that works with any ATS or HRIS that accepts webhooks. Scorecards, transcripts, audio recordings, and structured rubric payloads push automatically on screen completion. CSV export is also available for offline reporting.

How do staffing agencies submit candidates?

Recruiters generate a vendor magic link per job description — or a tenant-level link for general submissions. Agencies receive the URL and upload resumes directly (PDF, DOCX, or TXT — up to 20 files, 10 MB each). No login or portal access is required. JobQual parses contacts via LLM extraction, embeds the resume, and scores it against the target job automatically.
